How do I get in contact with you?

How do commissions work?
It starts with submitting the form found here. Once I receive a completed form, I will get back with you. We will talk through exactly what you are wanting and then I will start on a piece. depending if it is streamed or not, I can send updates on how everything is turning out.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. If you give me time though, we may be able to work something out. I’m flexible.
Where is the store based?
Midwest, United States. :)
Will my commission be streamed?
That is completely your choice. I would never stream something that is meant to be a surprise. I will confirm that it can or cannot be streamed before I start the painting.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. I will send tracking information via email once the painting has shipped.
Due to COVID-19, orders may take longer to arrive than expected. I will notify you of any delays.

What is your return and exchange policy?
I currently do not offer returns or exchanges but I can provide a possible replacement print from postal mistakes. If I make a mistake, I do offer refunds/exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, feel free to contact me here and I will try my best to help solve the problem.
